I was pleased with perfect service, well-appointed and nicely furnished room with really crappy channels, balcony, for instance.

Hotel is modern, with delicious breakfast, and location is EXCELLENT near both the main center of town, and the city centre. The double room is silent, we also loved good views. The staff are incredibly nice, they keep the place clean.

The staff spoke English and everyone we interfaced with was very pleasant and helpful. The room layout and size was exactly as expected, and the location was excellent. We could walk to several restaurants and little fast food places, as well as shopping, and a short stroll to the Heviz lake for bathing. There were no unexpected charges and we would stay here again. The included breakfast buffet was excellent (many hot and cold options) and very convenient. We didn't try the pools, but they looked very nice and clean when we walked by. We stayed in the apartments wing, since we had a 1 bedroom plus living room place, and it was quiet both at night and during the day, even though we were right next to the stairs. Two small balconies were nice to step out on to check weather, but too small to sit out there. We brought our own portable crib for our 10 month old baby, but the receptionist noticed the child and the fact that we didn't request a crib and called up to the room a few minutes later to check if we had just forgotten and if we needed extra towels for the baby. We were very impressed by such service!
The hotel is not a 4 star hotel by American standards - more like 3 star maybe, but by experience we know that this is expected in the country, so we were not surprised. The room was clean and secure, but the bathrooms had hard water stains on the floors that gave the impression of being dirty, and the quality of materials used in the building is not 4-star quality. The bathroom towels also had some permanent stains on them. The elevator was tiny, so hauling luggage up to the 2nd floor for 3 people meant making 2 trips, but in the hotel's defence they offered to help with luggage and we just turned them down. The dinner buffet was too expensive, but you can't beat the convenience.

The location was excellent, just a short distance from a famous landmark, the breakfast was delightful, and the 4-day stay was very enjoyable, hoping to return in the future.

Breakfast offered variety, swimming pool and thermal pool
it was overpriced for what it had to offer.

Complet international breakfast. Swimming pool.
It is not a 4 stars hotel. Old bath, old and mini TV.

Nice stay at Hotel Europa Fit Heviz. Beautiful location in the hilly areas surrounding the town. Cosy atmosphere with pubs and restaurants nearby. Deluxe king room with movies and a good view.

The air conditioning did not cool the room and the hotel did not have any fans. The TV was a very small 9" or 12" and the restaurant was buffet only. If you are not on half-board or full board, the staff did not know how to charge customers. The front desk also charged my credit card even though I told them I would be paying cash upon checking out. Not much English is spoken at the hotel. This was also more like a 3 star hotel versus 4 star. Loads of tour buses stayed here during our stay.
